- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bachelors in Computer Information Technology from CSUN; Class of 2019 Software and Hardware Technician with 12+ years of experience on working Lenovo, Dell, HP, ASUS, Acer, and various other leading brands of desktop/laptop products.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked for many small businesses ranging from Mom & Pop shops to Pharmacies and retail stores. My first repair I was tasked with was a small coffee shop "Nuts N Berries" that needed assistance with their Point of Sales and desktop. I had a ongoing repair order with a pharmacy in Pasadena that had issues with their printers not being to seen or print by their numerous machines. Their issue was that their printers were not set with static IP addresses, so whenever an outage or manual reset of their router/modem occurred, they had a different set of internal IP addresses each occurrence.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a new hire, always look out for communication and explaining the service they are providing you with. Make sure it is what you are in scope for and always ask for additional information on anything that may seem foreign to you.
