Jose and his crew did and excellent job on my backyard plumbing. I contacted him for a free estimate and he was able to come the next morning and see the property. He gave a great price and was able to start the very next day. I had new irrigation pipes installed for sprinklers. Everything looks great and they cleaned up the work area. If I could give 0 stars I would! I have been using Thumbtack for several years with great results. I reached out to Miracle plumbing for a relatively small job, and scheduled an appointment for the next day. After several postponement, they cancelled for that day. The next day we scheduled it again for several days later and confirmed. The day before I reached out to confirm, but no response. On the morning of I again reached out, and was told they had overbooked again and will see if they could squeeze me in!!! This has to be my worst experience with any service provider ever.
