- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to flowers to be used, containers to be used and the size of the arrangements. But I do have some specific prices for bouquets, bridal bouqets etcetera.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I talk to them and we narrow down the floral arrangements needed, colors, style and specific blooms to be used. Then I give a quote (proposal) and we work from there. I often recieve pictures and txts with additional comments and like to communicate, so everybody is happy and gets what they want.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an experienced and passionate florist and interior stylist and very interested in fashion, interior, design and art. I have had 3 flowershops in Copenhagen and am a trained graphic designer originally. So everything I do has my visual professionalism.
