Be honest and act like a Pro. He has disgraced Thumbtack by his action. He is not worthy to use the good name of Thumbtack. Get rid of him before he does anymore harm.

I did not overcharge you; I clearly stated the price for the work plus the cost of lights, which I mentioned after spending 1.5 hours selecting lighting for the trees. You did not respond for a long time, neither to messages nor calls, and I had to leave the store. On the eve of Christmas, there are many orders and I cannot afford to wait long without knowing whether you will agree or not. That's why I apologized to you twice and canceled the order. You did not spend a cent on me, and I made the decision regardless of the time spent and the 38 dollars I paid for this lead. I did not deceive anyone and was honest with you.
