FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is simple and transparent. I charge a set hourly rate and clients book a set number of hours for a room reset or rotation. I’m always happy to give an estimate on how many hours I think something will take based on photos provided.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before any project, I always begin with a chat so I can understand your home, your routines, and what you’re hoping to refresh. From there, we choose a time that works for you, and I come in to reset, reorganize, and bring clarity back to the space. My approach is gentle, intuitive, and grounded in years of experience working inside family homes. I prioritize comfort, communication, and making the process feel easy and collaborative for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over a decade working inside family homes as both a nanny and a personal assistant. Over the years, I’ve developed strong skills in organizing personal spaces in a way that feels intuitive, comfortable, and supportive for the people who live there. I’m naturally tuned in to how families function, what makes a home flow smoothly, and how to create systems that feel good, not overwhelming. This experience allows me to navigate personal spaces with a lot of respect, privacy, and sensitivity while helping people feel genuinely supported.
