What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I train clients from almost anywhere. We can train in a gym I work out of, my clients home, outdoors, virtually, or online. In the gym sessions: $100/hour At home sessions: $150/ hour (I bring my equipment to you) Virtual sessions over zoom: $85/hour Online programming: prices vary
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I get a new client, I like to do a Free 30 minute Fitness Consult zoom call to get to know each other. This is where I like to get to know my clients goals, workout history, nutrition, lifestyle, etc. And then I set up their first session!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, an ACE Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and an ACE Sports Performance Specialist. I have worked in the fitness industry for the last 7 years, with 2 years of group exercise experience.
