Deidre S. says, "UPDATE: Frank contacted me this morning and made a special effort to have someone come and give me service today, Labor Day, a national holiday. We are grateful that we were not even charged extra because it was a holiday. The service representative, Arturo, arrived promptly, was very professional and patient explaining every step of the process to us and giving us advice on some things we could do to prevent problems in the future. He keeps a pictorial history of problems and showed us examples related to our situation. We could tell he was earnest. His knowledge and advice is very valuable because our past ignorance has contributed to the present problem. Services we’ve had before just quickly performed their task and left. We may have to have a follow up visit and will now make High-Speed our regular service company for septic tank needs. Well after the appointment was made, The driver informed the representative that he was not working today so the appointment was canceled. So we have to wait three days to get the service we need."See more

He took time out of his day on a Sunday evening to thoroughly inspect and take care of the problem right away when others said they couldn’t work on it that same day. Vick was very honest, he took pictures and videos of his inspection and explained the problem step by step. After receiving multiple quotes, Vick’s pricing was the most reasonable-he didn’t take advantage of the situation and was well aware of what others were trying to charge for the same solution. During the process he even worked around having to open a wall that would have made his job easier, which saved me money in the end. I highly recommend Vick and will not hesitate to call him again if needed in the future. He has many years of experience under his belt, and his company is the one I would definitely recommend to family and friends."See more

I love the challenges it brings and the headaches it causes! When it comes to family homes there’s no job too little or too big that we cannot handle because we understand the value of peace of mind and that is something you cannot put a price tag on. We are a veteran–family owned and operated business. About the owner/technician; I proudly served in the US Navy from 2001 to 2009 as a fuel repairman. I have been around the world, I have spoken to a lot of different cultures and backgrounds. I have learned and lived the Navy’s core values which is honor, Courage, and commitment in which I carry with me till this day and that is what I will bring to my customers.See more
