Chef Marcel provided a wonderful evening by being at my wife's birthday party and cooking for our guests. His menu he created for our party was wonderful even though it he was on as tight budget. Everyone was amazed by his cooking!
We hired Pam for our wedding, and I have to say that we were extremely impressed with the service and quality of her catering. Our wedding took place in August of 2016, and our family members are still raving about the BBQ! We got the ribs, chicken, baked beans, coleslaw, and every kind of cheese Mac-n-cheese. It was delicious, and her style of cooking provided us with a feeling of “home.” Pam offered many alternatives to best fit our needs, and was accommodating throughout the entire process. She does everything in her power to ensure that she has made your event memorable. Her and her staff definitely went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend her to anyone who asks (or doesn’t ask, for that matter).
I am very pleased to recommend Chef Travis Pena as a personal chef. I've retained Chef Travis for years to create fabulous dinner parties in the privacy of my home. In our initial interview, Chef Travis asked many specific questions and took notes as we discussed the style of food I would like served. He annotated likes and dislikes. Together we have created several personalized menus. Chef Travis delivers restaurant excellence as he both prepares and serves the meal. Chef Travis is always prepared and well organized with a very positive attitude. Working with Chef Travis each time is pleasant and stress free. Every meal is delicious and precisely prepared. I greatly enjoy leftovers the next day! As a Chef, Travis is professional in every aspect. He cleans efficiently while preparing fine cuisine leaving behind a clean kitchen and delicious food. The only traces of Chef Travis are the lovely aromas and stocked refrigerator. I would highly recommend Chef Travis as a private chef. His service and customer service are exceptional. I hired Haute Productions for a private cooking class for a bachelor party event, and we had the best time. Keith was an awesome teacher and host, he made the experience wonderful. Everyone had a blast and it was the best part of the entire weekend. Not to mention the fact that the food was awesome! I would highly recommend using Haute Productions for any event you may have.
Chef Nancy did a series of healthy culinary classes in various homes including one that I hosted in our home. The classes were interactive, about 4 hours long and very informative as well as fun. Nancy asked each hostess what main dish they were interested in learning to cook or what cooking technique they wanted to learn. She then created a full menu around our request. Nancy bought all the groceries fresh the day of the class and came fully prepared bringing her cooking equipment and utensils to our homes. Everyone loved the food and Nancy was warm and friendly and most everyone learned something new. Highly recommend Chef Nancy.

She teaches with love and passion and educates the public about plant-based nutrition and provides the info you need to make the switch from omnivore to vegan or enhance your current vegan lifestyle. I have been vegetarian for 20+ years and vegan for 9 years and I learned so much from Shelly just from one class! I can’t wait to learn more, as she has so much to offer and an entire cook book worth of recipes in her head to impress any chef!
I hired Laura to teach a series of cooking classes at the school where I am the Director. She is an amazing teacher along with being an incredible chef. My students were constantly asking when Chef Laura would be coming back. Laura came to each session, enthusiastic and ready to cook and teach. She is really creative, and was able to incorporate fresh fruits and vegetables from our school garden! The lessons ranged from soups to sweet baked goods. My favorite cooking lesson included home made pasta with a delicious tomato sauce. I am looking forward to working with her again.
His knowledge was amazing. He was able to breakdown, in an easy to understand way, the science, and the art of cooking. What was also great was that he didn't just teach recipes, he taught the different principles of cooking and because of that I can create great, delicious dishes from scratch, not matter what I have in the fridge. My mind was blown when we covered salads. I didn't know there was another side of salads that made it more enticing and more high class. (see picture below) Overall, Chef Know-It-All is an amazing, artful chef that has the ability to make others fall in love with cooking. He's patient, insightful, and heavily invested in the student's progress and success. Every question I had, he answered. And every hurdle I had, he helped me get over it. Oh and did I mention it was fun! He taught me some flair tricks that the professionals use to make cooking fancy. Now I'm flipping sauces, cooking with big fires, and sprinkling flourishes left and right! I simply can't enough. 5 out of 5 stars for me.
I am a big fan of Zainab's food. I have to admit I was a bit hesitant to taste her vegan dish because there are a lot of misconceptions when it comes to vegan or vegetarian food. She made some sweet carrots, smashed potatoes, imitation chicken, and pasta salad! It was so delicious and I was in awe that the chicken was not made from actual animal meat. I definitely recommend "Another Side of Soul" to anyone who wants a tasty and healthy dish!
Few chefs have as wide a level of knowledge about not just the food but also wine accompaniments. Ed has been a "foodie" since about 30 years before the term came into wide usage!! He has excellent sources for all his ingredients and his preparations are thorough and well-thought out. If you want to feature particular types of cuisine or particular wines, he will match his menu to any specifications you might have. Not quite sure why he's never had his own restaurant, although cooking for a living is not quite the same as cooking for the love of cooking.
Working with Chef James Buckingham was a blast. He was extremely communicative and flexible with his menu options. My husband and I wanted backyard barbecue for our wedding reception and Oneida’s Cuisine did a wonderful job. Being from North Carolina, I am a little picky about my BBQ but I couldn’t believe how tender and flavorful the ribs and chicken were. Oneida’s clearly put a lot of time and patience into cooking their proteins. Chef James also cooked up some perfect cornbread, potato salad, and macaroni and cheese. The sides could’ve carried the meal on their own! There was also fresh fruit and a delicious hearty salad made for our vegan guests. Our friends and family members were raving about the meal all night. Thank you Chef James!
Run, do not walk, to take advantage of ANYTHING this woman has to offer - cooking classes, ecstatically delicious food, catering, challah, CAKES, meals, WOW!!! It is rare indeed to find someone so talented with this level of integrity, care and love. IF you have a chance to receive any of Betsy's services, consider yourself blessed.
I had such a wonderful time taking a private cooking class with Sylvia! She was very professional, knowledgeable & kind! Even met me at the grocery store to help me shop and teach me about different ingredients along the way! We made 2 delicious meals & I look forward to my next lesson!
The classes Raw vegan food are fenomenal. Ron teaches with expertise. He answers questions and shows his techniques in the kitchen. The flavor combinations in his food are amazing and he always created new recipes. I really enjoy learning from him.
Had my first at-home lesson today. Michelle is a kind, polite, well-humored chef who teaches well. The meal we prepared together was simply delicious. Didn't know I had it in me but Michelle did! Salivating in anticipation of my next cooking lesson with her next week.
Teresa took time to understand my needs and what I wanted to get out of my experience with her. She also spent a lot of time personalizing our day together and being thoughtful about how to schedule and plan it all out so that I got the most out of it. I learned a ton of tips since we went through the entire process, from picking out my ingredients through preparation. Teresa was willing to answer any question (no matter how silly) I had along the process and adjust to any changes I requested. Teresa is really knowledgable and experienced, as was evident throughout my time with her. I would 100%, no doubt, hire Teresa for many more cooking experiences/classes in the future. I definitely feel more confident in the kitchen after spending a day with her.

That's because I've been cooking vegan food for 20 years for myself, and insist on eating the highest quality and best tasting food. That's what I share with others, and besides, I put ove in it. We can no longer keep on poisoning our bodies with foods that are loaded with preservatives and pesticides, which is why I now offer Cooking for Cancer classes because I believe in it, especially when our health is compromised. I follow the 80/20 rule -- 80% raw and 20% cooked, as well as 80% alkaline and 20% acidic food. In my cooking classes, I provide tips and guidelines on how to formulate and maintain a satisfying and healthy diet in a creative and simple way.
