Kyle has extensive knowledge and experience in fitness and physiology. His know-how is clear but he does not approach clients in a clinical way. Kyle's work outs have been consistently effective, fun and interesting. His sense of humor and ability to clap back at whatever sass you throw his way makes him fun to be around! If you want individualized work outs that get stuff done, I recommend Kyle!
Great training and common sense approach to safety.
Great referral service if your looking for community health resources and CPR Training. Also great in-home non nursing support services for the Central Coast Region. - Harry
In my experience, I have seen Justin Haagen teach CPR/FIrst Aid to high school students training to be cabin leaders at a camp; to full-time professional adults working at a Museum. In both settings (and organizations) she knows how to read her audience and paces her lessons accordingly. She really provides lessons that fit each demographic (especially with kids that often tire from the tediousness of typical CPR/First Aid classes, Justin makes it fun for them by keeping them active and practicing, not just listening). Justin is flexible and can work around your schedule, and just an overall nice person.
Christine Quigg provided my office with our "Healthcare Provider" CPR certification. She is a member of the American Heart Association. Which is mandatory for our type of certification to be recognized by the American Dental Association. She comes to my office in Santa Barbara yearly and gives us our refresher course first thing in the morning. She is efficient, concise, precise, friendly, funny, and professional! My entire staff and I love her! It is far better than having us travel to a full day class elsewhere and lose our time with patients at the office. Recertification only took 2 hours for 4 people! I hope she never retires as long as I am in practice! She is my choice above all others. I have been practicing for 30 years and have taken a lot of CPR classes in my time, and it has always been pretty boring and dull until the last few years ( about 5 years now) when we have had Christy come. My staff actually looks forward to the recertification class. And afterwards we all feel better prepared and confident to handle office emergencies. Enough said, I could go on with more , I highly recommend her CPR class!

Amazing! I have taken five CPR/First Aid courses before and this was by far the best, most informative, most lively one, that I actually remember series and techniques from. It was not all about breath and compression ratios that we had to remember for a test. We got useful, helpful information that will be able to aid in helping save a life if that situation presents itself. We also got a very handy book and glove. It was a long training that I was dreading but Bob's dynamic storytelling with on the job experience and ability to move students between activities every 5-10 minutes kept our attention for the whole time. The practice on dummies, both adult and child, was incredibly helpful as you can actually feel what you are supposed to do with compression. I recommend this to EVERYONE. This class was two adults and 8 teenagers (16-19), and all of the kids who thought they would never be able to sit for that many hours (they don't during the school day), actually did, and commented on how amazing Bob was as a teacher. I plan to hire Bob when we need to re-certify all of our staff at school. Bob was also great at answering questions for all of us and managed the classroom exceptionally.
Mark helped us with with CPR Renewal and it was a great experience! Made it fun and had all the attendees happy!
