I had Manual work for me over 4 months. At first I thought I finally found the perfect match. Then I fired him and have discovered so many issues that have cost me thousands of dollars to fix. His billing is not accurate and not backed up with any time sheets. He refused to bill correctly until I devised a sheet where he signs in and out which he never did. Thank god I had video cameras at my house so I could see he falsified records. He charged me 183 hours for workers for one week and it rained 3 days. As I look back on the bills I can see each month was huge bills with zero back up and probably inflated costs. He refused to fix them when I brought it to his attention. He was quite rude.
He had great ideas but did them then left them unfinished for months. He put in a rock walk way but it is not done properly and is falling apart and now I have to pay someone to redo the entire area for thousands. He left weeds, no water systems and inadequate drips when he did install plants. He took apart a huge rock wall and never put it back together. I just could not take it anymore. I paid him close to $30,000 and it was not worth it. He is a nice man but not a businessman and really did my property an injustice. Be careful. He also charges $17 and up for under age kids.

Excellent job. I asked Manuel to clear the debri in our yard and haul it away and he did an excellent job. Worked EXTREMELY hard and was very professional. Highly recommend. Prices are relatively fair. Little above what I had wanted to spend but he did a VERY good job.

Manuel and his crew performed weeding, rose bush trimming, hedging, and mulch application in our front and back yards. They worked extremely hard and completed the entire project in one day, as promised. I was very happy with the results and would highly recommend Manuel for other projects!
