My computer went down last Thursday the 3rd of June. (the fourth of July weekend) I left a message on your office phone on Sunday the 6th. and at 9:02 am. On June 7th. (two minutes after you open) I received a call from Andrew. I asked your schedule and was not surprised that you had your hands full of appt's. Andrew suggested that I bring the computer in to your shop after hearing what my problem was.. I did so and Andrew "immediately" went to work on the unit and after a shot period had diagnosed the problem and replaced a electronic board( of some nature?) which resolved the problem. He also cleaned out a substantial amount of dust which had accumulated in the unit. Andrew is an incredible asset to your business and I thank you and Andrew for your help. Bob Raymond

It's very straightforward... $100 per hour with a one hour minimum, billing in 15 minute increments after the first hour.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I read, CONSTANTLY!
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Computers are in my blood! My father did this and it felt very natural for me to get into the same line of work. I've loved computers for as long as I can remember.
