FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $140 per hour for individual (private) sessions. If the customer purchases multiple sessions - 12 or more at one time - the rate drops to $110 per hour. Group training rates - consisting of two or more participants - are based on the goals and fitness capabilities of everyone involved. The group format offers customers an opportunity to split the cost of training, making it more affordable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before pricing is discussed, it’s important for me to first evaluate how compatible I am with a prospective client. This occurs during the initial consultation. Once compatibility is determined, the next steps involve a breakdown of pricing, program structure, and a layout of short and long term goals and fitness needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM, ISSA Certified. More than 12 years of experience. I specialize in weight management, strength training and conditioning, bodybuilding, and stretch therapy.
