After purchasing a new gas dryer, the company who was to install it had declined because it was in the garage. We contacted Mike and he was able to come the next day to help. He was able to install the dryer very quickly and noticed there was a leak which he was able to resolve as well. We will be contacting Mike again whenever we need any assistance with any future home projects. Thank you again Mike.

We needed a very old dishwasher removed to be replaced by a new one. An installer came to our home to remove and install but left because it was a very difficult task to remove the old one. There were many problems with the removal including elevated floor panels and rusty parts. Many other installers refused to help us. Mike requested pictures and agreed to help almost immediately. When he saw the job, Mike was shocked at the difficulty. However, he went to work with many hindrances and successfully removed the dishwasher. There were many times when I feared that Mike would leave us stranded, like many others did, but Mike never gave up and continued to remove it. We were very impressed with his patience, diligence, and technical knowledge. Mike remained steadfast and pleasant during the whole ordeal. We highly recommend Mike as an outstanding service person. Today, it is rare to find excellent service. Mike is the epitome of customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Mike to install a built-in refrigerator, wine refrigerator, and stove in my home and was impressed with Mike’s exceptional service and expertise. From initially reaching out to Mike, who was very responsive and it took just one quick conversation to get him scheduled for the job early in the morning the next day. Mike was punctual in his arrival and the installation itself was completed in a timely and efficient manner – with minimal disruption to my daily routine. Mike was highly professional and attentive to my kitchen and property, ensuring that safety and cleanliness were of the utmost importance to him. Mike was also able to effectively move the very large and heavy appliances from my garage where they were being stored prior to installation to my kitchen, meticulously unpacking the appliances, installing all accessories and testing the appliances ensuring that they were safely and correctly installed. Overall a great experience with Mike’s service!

Mike was great. We had some delivery confusion with the dishwasher to be installed and Mike stayed connected and was very responsive the whole time. As soon as the dishwasher came he arranged for a time to have it installed. He is professional and overall this was a very smooth transaction. Definitely would recommend.
