FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not too complicated. I have a supplier that I get all of my HVAC material from. So I base my pricing of material off of their pricing. Then of course I take into account the number of days, hours, and man power needed to complete the job. Do note that AC costs a lot due to the material needed to complete your project. Do plan to spend $3,500 to $5,000. It's something to keep in mind and will help in your planning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start off offering my phone number to text or talk with the client on their project. Set up a date for an estimate to visit the location so I can have a much better insight on the project. I discuss, if there is any, the different options the client may have. Then I offer my estimate within a few days or at the moment depending on how big the project is. If my estimate is accepted, I set up a date with the client to start the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended and completed at the Ultimate Technical Academy in Arkansas. I am certified.
