Introduction: I do not keep any part of the process that I do when repairing a device from my customers. Some people prefer paying somebody else so that they don't have to know. Some customers are interested in the process and learning how to avoid or fix a problem in the future. I welcome that. It is a huge part of how I learned to do what I do &, in my experience, teaching my customers has only insured that more return.
Teaching. I have a background in teaching both kids & adults & I honestly enjoy that moment when I get to see the lightbulb click on when I'm showing my students/peers/customers how to do something they were having trouble with.

My p c would not allow my profile to be loaded, then began to give me error messages followed by a black screen. No other local support services would accommodate me in a timely fashion. Skye was able to get my machine up and running in a day without a lot of fuss and need for explanation on my part. She described the problem and solution and was able to do so in a way that was easy to understand for a non-professional. She followed up to make sure that things were running o k. Cost was very reasonable.

Clarice I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience. In my busy schedule of running around I dropped my phone & destroyed it. I hadn't saved your number to my google sync yet & it took me over a week to get my phone situation straightened out.
Due to a family member becoming ill, I have not been able to setup my thumbtack & business # until just this weekend. I am back up & running again & will make you priority of course if you are still interested in the service. Again I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience & bad timing.
