I have discounts, very fair & affordable $25 for virus removal - drop offs $50.00 to travel to resident or commercial address. For printer repair and Wi-Fi network services $65.00 to come to you and repair Wi-Fi, Printer & Home or Office Network. Lost password issue cant login computer - $35 drop off $60 for home or office visit Custom computer builds $120
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet Customer at there work office or home, if not they can schedule to drop off. Diagnose computer and after finding the issue make repairs or let customer know which parts the system needs in order to function then let them know the price and finally make the necessary repairs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 12 years of hands on computer repair skills, both Hardware and Software. I have been previously employed by large companies and on call for small business or just people that want to have there tablet or laptop repaired, many times a gaming system desktop that is custom built.
