- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on the size and condition of the yard, since every property is different. We’re always happy to give a free estimate so you know exactly what to expect. We focus on doing the job right, not rushing through it. We also offer better pricing for regular maintenance if you’d like ongoing service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by asking a few questions about your yard and what you’re looking for. If needed, we can stop by to take a look or review photos/videos. After that, we provide a clear quote and schedule a day that works for you. Once we start, we make sure everything is done carefully and leave your yard clean and looking its best.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from both hands-on work and years of learning from my family. Back in Guatemala, my father and grandfather taught me a lot about plants, yard care, and landscaping from a young age. I later worked for a professional landscaping company, where I was properly trained in both residential and commercial services. During that time, I earned a certificate as a route leader, which gave me experience managing jobs and making sure everything was done right and efficiently. Over the years, I’ve worked on many different types of yards and situations, which has helped me understand what works best for each property. I’m always learning, improving my techniques, and paying close attention to detail so I can deliver clean, reliable, and high-quality results for my customers.
