Introduction: Thank you for choosing me! Really quick, I am based out of the Alameda County area. I am happy to service outside of my area for special events. If you are looking for reoccuring cooking classes or meal prepping I only service my area. 30 minutes any direction surrounding Hayward. Reoccurring meal Drop Offs: Unfortunately my availability is full for weekly meal prep. Please do not contact for these services as Thumbtack charges me $25 for the inquiry and I am not available for this type of work as of now. Special Events: I'd love to help take the pressure off of a special event your hosting by worrying about it all for you! With COVID locking down all the restaurants everyone is ordering in, but why pay for soggy second rate leftovers delivered to your door for twice the money, only to have it arrive late and cold. I do all your food planning, shopping, cooking, serving, and cleaning. Feel free to reach out to talk specifics! I will work with you to get you whatever you need! So sit back and enjoy a delicious hot and fresh meal and actually get your moneys worth. Classes: I enjoy teaching private cooking classes for those looking to improve their own abilities.

Wow! I hired Chef Jessica for my husband’s surprise birthday dinner and she did an outstanding job from the moment she pulled into the parking lot til the moment she left our house!! My spouse and I had an amazing experience! This was our first time having a personal chef and she set the bar HIGH! The food was delicious and her presence was inviting. She worked well within my budget (which I was shocked about lol) and was so accommodating. If you are still contemplating on hiring her for your event, search no more! We absolutely loved our experience with Chef Brunelli. What struck us most beyond her delicious food was the research that she did to find the original recipe for Oysters Rockefeller. She has a real commitment to her craft which makes for a 5-star experience. Lastly, I would like to highlight her cleanliness and professionalism. Amazing experience. Highly recommend!! Chef Jessica is very professional and prompt in her communication. It was easy planning our date night menu with her. The food was beautifully plated and delicious. The lobster ravioli was gorgeous, the prime rib perfectly cooked to our liking and the dessert was dazzled our taste buds and left us wanting more. Thankfully, Chef Jessica left a few leftovers in the fridge. It was a five star experience in our home. So many thoughtful touches. Thank you for a wonderful experience.   • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    My per/person pricing makes things simple to calculate. If you need to add someone at the last minute, no problem! I provide the estimate for the added cost of groceries so that everything is transparent from the start.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First I like to reach out and introduce myself and get to know my potential clients and let them get to know me. Second I like to get a clear idea of their needs and wishes and assure them that I understand and am genuinely excited for an opportunity to share my art and elevate their experience. Next I provide a detailed summary of our discussions and a suggested menu. Once the menu is agreed apon I send an agreement via email explaining my deposit and cancelation policy. Then I worry about everything food related from there! I do all the shopping, prepping, cooking. and cleaning. I also provide the service staff if needed. If a client would like to rent their dishware from a rental company, I send a list of the number and types of plates/cups/cutlery we would need. If they would like to use their own serviceware I just need to be sent pictures of what Im working with. If you would like to use my dishware I can show you images of what I have in stock. Communication is the goal. I want you to get exactly what you want and elevate what would have been a great night with friends and family, to an experience you'll remember forever.     I attended the Le Cordon Bleu and the Art Institute to get my Culinary Management Degree and have worked under numerous, talented chefs.
