I have had trainers before. However, never one like Megan, who cares beyond the workout. Her overall wellness lifestyle is motivating and inspirational. Her classes are filled with support and drive. I like that she is not a pushover or a Drill Sargent. Most of all she knows her stuff. She is always reading and learning, adding more credentials to her resume...and keep classes fresh and different. What she has created is a community of wellness with her blog, videos, and app. I would recommend Megan to anyone who wants to make a positive change in their life.
Ted is extremely knowledgable about bodybuilding, the human body, and everything to do with bodybuilding competitions. I met him in the audience of a bodybuilding competition. I could tell that he really knew his stuff. He's been studying bodybuilding for 35 years now, that is rare to find in a trainer!! I could not believe how in shape and muscular he was when he told me his age. I thought to myself, "wow, he must be doing something right". He agreed to train me and I learned much more than I'd ever known about weightlifting and the workings of the muscles in the body. I will always be grateful for this knowledge, and I saw incredible results! I feel that I am stronger today than I've ever been and I owe this to Ted's guidance. His services are very reasonably priced, and he truly cares about you becoming your best self, he is also compassionate and trustworthy. He will help you grow and progress but he will not risk injury while doing it. He's very cautious and does not believe in pushing the body until it breaks, but rather, will show you the most efficient and smartest ways to reach your goals. He's a gem!

Little did I know 4 years ago when I walked into the gym meeting Matt, he would be my personal trainer! I was on a mission to lose weight and make life style changes. I knew my height 3'11 would be a huge factor.Being short statured with dwarfism, Matt has showed me ways to adjust my workouts to use machines that are not adaptable to my size and still achieve awesome workout. He is very knowledge, helpful, a great motivator and continues to push me to accomplish my fitness goals. As of today I continue to train with Matt on a weekly basis. We are going full force with training and prepping me for my first women's physique competition in just a few weeks. Matt writes up amazing meal plans! I started off with no idea what to do, and decided to give Apex a try. Came out with a diet and workout plan and they were very easy to follow. I decided to get the 3 month plan, but when I plan on competing again, I plan on coming back to Apex! Great contest prep. Very knowledgeable and he practices what he preaches, unlike most others. Highly recommend at least trying him out, whether it's a competition or you just want to look better.
I have been training with Chad Davison for almost 3 years. At SelfMade training facility in Temecula. I can honestly say I have never had a better trainer. I had some pretty high goals when I started. And through his planning and strategizing and of course our hard work. I have achieved my goals and have set new ones. I became a IFBB Bikini Pro with his coaching and training. He has always supported me, pushed me and gave me the encouragement to continue my bodybuilding career. He pays attention to all the details. Including a meal plan and appropriate workout plan for what ever my goals entail. He listens and gives advice when needed and is always on time! He is very knowledgeable in nutrition and body composition. I highly recommend him for anybody at any level of fitness!
I've been out of shape of years and I was able to lean down from 179lbs to 162lbs and built some awesome muscles and definition to my body and stepped on stage in a 2 1/2 month transformation into a bikini. I was so great looking but had competed in the wrong catagory. My muscles were huge compared to the bikini girls i stood next to. Next time I will do figure or physique. I love the push and the drive ge gives. He has that motivation for you to want to do more...burn baby, burn. I recommend him to anyone especially of your looking to change in a short peroid of time. Calvin currently trains me for my powerlifting competitions. Overall, calvin is a knowledgeable man, that loves his craft. He reads and reads to continue to master his profession. I’ve had a great experience with him for a year now and I plan on continuing my training with him. He keeps me injury free. I’m a nurse and I’m on my feet all day. So being without injury is very important to me. But don’t think he doesn’t push me until I can’t go anymore. He will learn your threshold and break it to make you stronger, if you commit that is. He doesn’t just train for powerlifting either. He is also skilled with Strength and conditioning. Calvin is worth it. I’ve never seen someone that loved their job this much. I fully recommend him.

I've worked with several trainers over the years and Robert is the best and most knowledgeable by far. He also really cares about his clients his 1 hour sessions we usually spend an hour to 90 minutes trying to get some of my range of motions problems straightened out.
With in 5 months I was back at my prepregnancy weight. Tristan always knew how much to push me without breaking me off. He's awesome. 👐 he's now training me for a competition! Super good at making you feel confident and motivated

Andrea and I started working together in January of 2013. Her approach, as I understand it, is to build up your strength. The rest will follow. I know that is greatly simplifying what she does but it's easier for me to say it that way. She's learned to laugh at my jokes and witticisms, even if they're not funny, and I have learned how to engage better with a professional trainer. I'm still learning. Ask her, she'll tell you. You won't reach your peak with solo work-outs. If you want to get in shape - really in shape - pair with a professional. I found I that I didn't have the motivation to push myself as far as I could. Andrea does that. She's learned enough about my fitness levels to tailor my workouts to push me as far as I can go, and then some more. Then bring me back. I would never do that on my own. Andrea provides me with workouts I can do on my own when I go to the chain health club in my neighborhood on my "off" days. I'm not that creative for fitness routines. When I do one of her "homework sessions" my inspiration and my motivation is imagining she is standing next to me encouraging me to go on. Powerful stuff. It's hard to explain but I feel it. Like a ghost or a presence, in my head of course, that keeps me going when all I'd rather do is go to the Mexican restaurant in my neighborhood and have a margarita. At 500 calories, each. And when those homework sessions get too easy (as in, I find that I can now do what she asked me to do) she makes them harder. Fitness is not easy. There are always the "5 minutes to flatter abs" or some such junk. It's hard work. Andrea makes sure of that. And whenever it gets easier, she knows how to make it that much harder. Not too much harder, but hard enough. It takes time. It takes a longer viewpoint than losing 5 pounds for the new bikini season or for that reunion you want to look good for. Andrea is a gem. She is, by far, the best coach/trainer I have ever worked with. I've worked with a few over the last 7 years. I highly recommend Andrea as a personal trainer. She is professional, knowledgeable, concerned, and tough. She is also there for you as you engage on your fitness journey. She's on my, and your, side. You could do far worse than Andrea King. It is very difficult to do much better.
I've been training with Mike for almost two years. Working with him is amazing. With his guidance I've completed in 4 bikini competitions and placed in every one. I'm am very lucky to have found him as a coach.
I have done boxing competitions before, however, due to time limitations I am currently taking a break. I needed to find someone that would work with my schedule just to maintain my strength and conditioning. Robin told me she had a circuit training class and that I should try it out. I tried her class and gave me the challenge I needed, she definitely pushed me to my limit. She is very knowledgeable when it comes to the needs and specifity of the iindividual who she is training. Robin also explained the proper way of doing the exercises also referencing the physiological effect of doing certain exercises. What I mostly like about Robin's workouts is the challenge and the motivation she provided to work much harder.
Ty takes his training to another level. He is extraordinarily knowledgable and his love of training and body building shows in the extra effort he puts forth as a trainer. Ty takes the time to explain everything from how to do the exercise correctly (which helps avoid injury), to what muscles you should be utilizing, to how to property isolate those muscles and he gives instruction on proper hand/feet/knee etc placement for each exercise. All of this information combined allowed me to get better and faster results while minimizing any risk of injury. I became stronger and my muscles were more defined within weeks. For me personally, I was a dancer for decades and thought I knew my way around a gym/weight room so I was hesitant to hire a trainer. However, after hiring Ty as my trainer, I learned that there was so much that I didn't know about working out and it only took weeks of training under his program to see results!! He taught me how to work out property and how to better utilize my time during my workouts to get maximum results. He does a complete training program with meal prep and/or meal plans. He is very responsive to any program questions I have. I couldn't be happier with the results I've had and look forward to continuing my training with Ty. His knowledge and enthusiasm for training makes the entire experience extremely positive.
