I am just glad I am not where I used to be where I couldn’t even lift a 10 pound weight. My body is more relaxed and has gotten used to doing the workout routine. Working with Travis has allowed me to come out of being overly anxious I would say. He allowed me to pace myself to my comfort level. I’m often asked was there any hesitation, yes because I’ve had two previous trainers before and it took me a lot to trust them to help me. What me overcome that was he took the time to talk to me to explain each step that he would have me do each training session. It allowed my brain to, accept he was there to help me get back to the person I was . I would suggest Travis as a personal trainer, to any newcomer that wants to hire him as a trainer, not only will he change your perspective of what he does. He’s open to suggestions as well. Now don’t get me wrong. Every trainer is not the same. For what I have witness, he took his time and he made sure I got my moneys worth."See more
