- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50 to start That includes: Coming to your home, a detailed consultation, completing the 1st 1/2 hour of repairs and services (if the job is done withing the first 1/2 hour that's all you will be charged) After the first 1/2 hour it is just $35 per hour- We even pro-rate to the nearest half-hour)!! For example: When our tech comes to your home to repair your PC and is at your home completing necessary repairs for for 1 hour and 33 minutes, your cost would total $67.50. You can see that is a great value- especially when compared to having your computer repaired elsewhere (like say Staples) where they charge $120+ (more than dubbed from what we charge) and they usually want to keep your computer over night with out guaranteeing repair, even for simple fixes. At Gray Solutions however, we guarantee your problem will be solved.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Give us a call and we will be happy schedule your consultation, answer any questions you may have about us or the services we provide, as well as talk about what to expect when working with us. We delight in providing every customer with prompt, friendly and decisive Customer Service- rather It's your first time using us or your are a returning customer!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
lvl 4 electronic assembler, network engineering, software engineering, IT and more. I have fixed over 1000 PCs. from screens, internal hardware, and software to virus removals. I have worked with a variety companies and individuals, providing construction, maintenance and even some landscaping! (On a side note, we are even known to make some killer fried chicken and scrumptious meals, including dessert)
