Jen P. says, "We needed to look into having our outdoor yard drains cleaned. This is the 1st time this property had any work or maintenance performed on them and we were clueless. The property was built in 2002z. Zoom Drain was the 3rd company we had out because we just weren't satisfied with the others. We were hesitant and nervous because of the previous experience. I spoke to Jill, the owner, and she was pleasant and very informative about their services. Their prices are flat rate and very reasonable for the work that is provided. Louis was the technician who came out and was an amazing young man! Friendly, hard working, and very communicative! We had Hydrojet service done along with a camera inspection before and after it was done! We were told by the 1st guy that it appeared we had a clogged pipe and we would have to cut under the cement. That didn't sit right with me as I knew there had to be other options and wanted to know for sure that we HAD to cut a trench into our cement. The 2nd crew that came out, I immediately could tell wanted to upsale and make you invest a ton up front without even knowing what was wrong. Well, with the hydrojet/camera inspection we learned there were some odd things underground and appears a ton of roots and dirt got caught up on a Y connector. Louis worked hard to figure out what was happening underground and diligently cleared the drain. What a relief!!!!! We now don't have to cut a trench in our cement!!! Louis went through every section of our drains to be sure all were functioning! He gave us some recommendations on how to keep our drains working properly and remain clog free! We will personally use this company to do yearly maintenance on our outdoor drains moving forward. Seeing how bad the roots can get, we don't want this to happen again. Zoom Drain has earned our trust and will always go to them for all our future plumbing needs!!!! Thank you soooo much!"See more

He has installed a Whole House Water Filtration system, Reverse Osmosis System for the kitchen sink, Installed new bathroom sink faucets/drains/angle stops, and a new toilet. He has also cleared and hydrojetted our sewer pipes, (among other things)! Jose does great work, is really nice, responds quickly, and has great prices! I highly recommend him!"See more

Resa Rosenstein says, "OMG!!! No cool air last night and it was 100. Edgar came out first thing this morning and assessed the problem- frozen pipes!!! He cleaned the coils and set up the fan to help melt the ice from the pipe in the attic. We had to wait for the ice to melt, both outside and inside the house. Also, part of the interior filter had collapsed which caused the air flow to back up- hence the cold air was stuck. Edgar returned a few hours later, the ice melted, he fixed everything and replaced the filter. Its now working like a dream!!! Edgar is amazing and professional!!! He really knows what hes doing and he took photos of everything so he could show me the issues as he explained them. And, all this was done on a Saturday!!! Thats why Sheldons Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is the only company I use when I have a problem. I highly recommend this company!!!,"See more
