I just found this app and this was my first hire from the app. Andres quickly responded to my request for a 40 ft Queen Palm tree trimming quote. He came by and gave me a quote that was well below other quotes I had received. He came out on Sunday and did an amazing job and was in and out within 45 mins. That was from the time he pulled up to leaving. He was very professional and made sure I was happy with the job and clean up before he left. Since my experience was so good, I have hired him to maintain my lawn and surroundings as well. His quote for that, was also better than the quotes I had received from other lawn care specialists in the area. I would recommend Andres and his company to all!!
Manny was recommended to me by another happy customer. I called him on a Wed. to see about trimming 10 palm trees in the house I had just purchased, and by the next day he had come out and gotten the job done. Not only were my palms trimmed to perfection, but Manny was the ultimate professional. I will ALWAYS use him for my tree care needs, and would recommend him to anyone.
These guys were awesome!! They came to the house on time. They made my 4 Palm trees, my bananna tree AND my avocado tree look amazing! They were clean and left without a trace! Totally having them come back when I need tree trimming done again!
I am beyond happy with white glove lawn services. They came to my rental property and gave me a very reasonable quote on several palm trees and trimming of one huge palm tree. Their work is exceptional. They do my biweekly service and my renters and I couldn't be happier. They are quick on response time to any issues!
Ray and his crew did a great job removing two large, dead maples, grinding the stumps, and planting a pair of citrus trees in the holes for me. Ray was punctual and professional with his quote, and explained the options and processes in a straightforward manner. In the end, it turned out part of the process was unnecessary, and he adjusted the price without issue. His crew went above and beyond, even cutting up some fireplace logs for me, and trimming an extra tree away from power lines at no charge. They arrived when they were supposed to, knew exactly what they were doing, were at all times polite and professional, and completely cleaned up the debris and sawdust, not only from my yard, but from my neighbor's yard as well. Well, done, Raygoza Landscaping and Tree Service!
Did tree trimming, bush removal, weeding, grass trimming, and sprinkler repair, and removed the debris. They did a lot of work for a reasonable price, good communication, got here when they said they would, and didn't leave too much for me to clean up.
My palm trees and eucalyptus trees were trimmed just the way I asked. He educated me on what was needed and what seasons were best and explained why.
These guys were fantastic. I was quoted for my project to be a two day thing, and they finished in about 6 and a half hours. They were clean and did exactly what I was quoted for, which was a total yard clearing. I live on a cul de sac so my yard is pie shaped, and they took it all out. George also trimmed my palm tree for me, which was so nice. Hire these guys ! They're great!
I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service. We recently purchased our first home in San Bernardino and Hubby found this business on Thumbtack. Gerardo Davila meet up with my Hubby over the weekend and today Monday morning, crew showed up and did what we thought would take days to complete. Professional and clean at it’s max. Highly recommend!! Our home looks much bigger without that palm tree in the backyard. Of course we love how the front view looks now. Greatly appreciate the time Gerardo took to follow up on how the job was done. Give them a call. Reasonable prices.
25 foot Palm Tree up close to our home. These guys not only responded quickly with a quote, but they backed up everything they said. Very professional, down to earth and awesome! Price was very affordable. Experienced 110%. Priority is safety and taking great care of our property. No damage period to any of our property period and very clean job during and after. I could go on about the positives and would like to let everyone know these guys have 100% of our future business and we will recommend them to everyone in need of their service. Like Francisco said, they start out with clients and leave with friends and this we truly see. Thank you again. Larry and Terry
Carlos and his crew removed 4 palm trees, trimmed 5 palm trees and removed 3 old stumps. His pricing was very competitive, and he was very knowledgeable about the trees I needed trimmed. They arrived on time and when the job was done they removed everything and Carlos did a walk-through with us to make sure we were completely satisfied with the job. I am very happy I went with Empire tree service. I will definitely be calling them for maintenance as well as future jobs.
palm trimming--I paid more to have these palms trimmed but I feel it was worth it. They were fast, efficient and cleaned up after the job was done. Very satisfied.
These guys were impressive. Professional, responsive and considerate. I had a big palm tree about 50 ft tall I went to work that morning and then became exaggeratedly concerned about my large 90 year old historic window of my home. To be fair, I was just being paranoid. When I got home from work they were wrapping up. The space was cleaned up very nicely. And despite the low risk, They had leaned a board with padded edges against my wall for protection on the window, The manager told me he just didn’t want to take any chances. Now that’s what I call quality!!!! They not only did their job but they thought ahead! I didn’t have to mention it, they considered and treated my property with respect. And they left the area neatly cleaned. IMO they’re professional and detailed. And I thought the price was fair compared to other quotes I got.
No job too small...... for some tree trimming services this is no the case, but with Woody wood pecker tree service they pulled through when no other company Wood. I needed just two palm trees trimmed that I could not reach myself. They were the only ones from thumbtack that responded with a fair price. They came out in a couple of days, showed up on time, and did an excellent job. I will be using them again and you should too.
I Hired Mr. Acosta to trim 3 very tall Palm trees. His price was the best in town, and he did an amazing job!! He was very quick and cleaned up everything when he was done!!! I highly recommend Acosta for any landscaping needs!!!
Best thing about them was punctuality and responsiveness. My job was complete within 2 days of first call, and it was quick work with the amount of manpower they provide. Only took 2 hours for bush removals and 6 palm tree cleanups, plus cleanup/haul.
100 % satisfied customer!! We were very happy with their services. Had our palm trees trimmed exactly how we wanted. Wonderful people too! Definitely worth recommending
He did a great job he did a great huge palm in our back yard and it only took 10 minutes to cut all the dead from the tree... the longest part was the clean up but he did a better job on that even raked a little extra..
I asked Gary and his team to come out and remove a b dead cotton wood tree next to a garage, house and fence. They did the job in one day with no damage and even took VB some cuttings from a tree I did myself at no extra charge. Very professional and quick. Good price too!!!! Very happy with Gary's tree service . would recommend them to anyone looking for a real quality job.
I got several quotes from several companies. Some of the others would probably be considered more "professional," with better knowledge of the specific plants I had in mind, or a long-term ecosystem-style approach to planning, or detailed formal top-down landscape architecture designs. But Sunset Gardens gave me one of the most competitive bids, and they were by far the best communicators. I have a large front yard and an even larger back yard. I needed a huge planter full of dead plants removed, the remains of front and back lawns removed and replaced with mulch, four or five trees planted, a variety of drought-tolerant shrubs and flowers added, some tree-trimming, front and back pathways or sidewalks added, and a drip-line irrigation system installed to replace the old "spray as much water into the air as possible" sprinkler system. One company took a few days to get me a bid and wanted $10k for the project (not including the pathways, which I hadn't figured out I wanted yet), but did not listen to any of my specific needs or requests: they were going to do what they thought was right, cheap, and fast without thinking about my long-term goals. Another company wanted $37k (no joke), and while I'm sure they would have done a fine job, I couldn't afford two cars' worth (and half our family's full year's income) for a project whose number one priorities were removing dead plants and planting some trees; they also left a lot of the specifics vague. Sunset Gardens got back to me the day I called, came out that afternoon to look at the property, and got me a quote that evening, for less than $13k, with a lot of the specifics nailed down. (They actually gave me several options in terms of size of trees and width of walkways, with specific prices for every option, allowing me room to customize based on my budget and plans.) Most importantly, they listened to everything I had to say about what I wanted. They shared their knowledge and recommendations where I had no specifics in mind, but they didn't ignore my own ideas or desires. It felt like a collaborative process from the very beginning to the very end. Once they got into it, they recommended removing and replacing several shrubs that were not in great shape, and adding a drain line to get rain water away from where it was pooling near the house and over to the lower end of the yard. These were also not in the original quote, but they pushed this because it was what the yard needed, not for the additional work: for everything beyond the initial bid, they charged me only for the additional materials/plants, not for any of the (extensive) labor. In the end, we had to get a slightly smaller boxed tree than was initially quoted, which saved me $300. The additional materials and plants cost less than that, so the final price ended up lower than quote. The only issue I had on the project was the tree-trimming, which was pretty heavy-handed. They're not arborists or professional tree-trimmers, and they won't climb up high enough to surgically remove just the dead limbs; they topped my sycamores pretty severely (losing me some significant summer shade). If the sycamores are all filled in again by this time next year (two are already starting to), then I'll be very happy. If one of the trees dies, I'd have to drop my review to 4 stars, but everything else about the experience was so good that I couldn't go any further. This is a small family operation (a father and his two sons), but they work _hard_. Some days they went home early; some days they went home _really_ late. They always started promptly around 8am, and they always did a full day's work with significant noticeable progress. They didn't work weekends, but the total project start to finish took less than a month. They cobbled together the plants I wanted and their own recommendations from at least 6 separate nurseries, ranging from Azusa to Orange to closer to my home in Claremont. Their willingness to go out of their way to make sure we were all happy with the finished product was outstanding. We've gotten several comments from friends about how great the new front walkway is, and the back walkway is exactly what I needed for my everyday use; both were done in lovely sweeping curves. Both yards are already a huge improvement over what I had before, but I'm _really_ excited to see it in a year or two, once the trees are providing shade and the one-gallon shrubs and flowers have filled in. They're small now, but already beautiful and attracting butterflies. My wife and I are really happy. I made sure my mom got their contact information so they could get her a quote for her yards in her new house in Upland. She ended up going with them as well, and is hiring them as regular gardeners as well. They finished my project two days ago, just after signing contracts with her, and started work on her yard. My mom says you already wouldn't recognize her front yard.
Love these guys!! Not only were they more affordable than the other three bidders that came out, they were very thorough and professional. I used another tree service company last time I had my trees trimmed several years ago, and they weren't as thorough as these guys and almost twice as expensive! I have two 150' pine trees in my backyard that were creating too much shade on the back part of my house/patio. We wanted to make certain they were thinned to lesson our concerns during a wind storm. These guys went all the way up and gave these bad boys a really good haircut! Theres so much more light on our patio (though how can one really tell during these cloudy days?) They look much better from the street. Marco came out to give me a bid and explained the process. Then on the day of service, the crew, lead by Forrest (great name for a tree trimmer, right?) got started promptly at 8:30 and was done setting up (which included covering all my recently planted annual flowers with speed cones and moving all my patio furniture), cutting, chipping and FULL clean-up (which included moving all my furniture back, raking and blowing) within 2 hours. I couldn't be more happy with the results and their A-1 service!! These guys are professional, courteous, respectful and friendly. I will definitely have them out in the fall to trim the other trees on my property.
