FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I first meet a new client we go through some detailed questions about health, history, goals, injuries, schedules, everything I need to know to set up success. We then do various physical assessments, to ascertain your current fitness level, find imbalances, and start to create a program suited to you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) requires continuing education units (CEU's) to maintain your certification. Along with that, I research, read, and look into new, upcoming, and advanced training and nutrition methods daily. I am always looking for a better, faster, safer, way to get clients in shape.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with almost every type of client imaginable. From 14 to 84 years old; professional athletes to 150 lbs. over weight; perfectly mobile and healthy to quadriplegic; Golfers, Runners, Bikers, weekend warriors etc.; shoulder, hip, back surgery even pregnant woman. You name it I've probably done it.
