Aldrine A. says, "First off, I liked that Mr. Taylor Matijevich was quick to respond to my message, and we were able to arrange something that same day. I told him briefly what was needed to be done and after that he set up a date when he would come to my house. He went to my house and got there at the time that he said, (punctuality is a plus!) and assessed what needs to be done and the materials that was needed for the job. He even went the extra mile by figuring out what was wrong with the cable connections which was the problem because I didn't have signal for the cable tv for two of the rooms. He went up the attic with safety goggles and strap-on headlight, he was prepared which is also a PLUS! So on he went to go find the connections to the room... trying to figure out was wrong and what was the root of the problem. A few moments later, after going up and down and going back and forth to trace the cable connections, he was able to figure out the problem, which the cable installation guy couldn't even figure out. As the saying goes, " you dont pay the plumber to bang the pipes, you pay him for knowing where to bang. " So he told me what I needed to do, which was to call the cable service provider and get the another technician to bring some splitters so the cables in the two rooms can get signal and after I did what was needed to be done, I got everything sorted out and got a technician to come and fix the signal to the cables. Once he got all the tv signals working... I sent Mr. Taylor a message, saying if he can come at such short notice. With my hopes up , he was able to come through and mount my 55" CURVED SAMSUNG 4K SMART UHDTV , on top of my fireplace at such a good price. He did an awesome job leveling the mounts and my tv was hung up in no time. He also did a great job cleaning up the wires after everything was all set, he did the on-wall cable conceal which is a very nice touch and its FREE of charge. He was also very thorough with making sure the mount is on the studs quite tightly and even hung himself on it to test how stable it is. It is. Very. I like his work, he did an excellent job and has a great attitude, so now I am going to hire him again to mount a couple more 55" tvs in two bedrooms. Hire him. You won't regret it."See more
