I hired Chris to do a homeinspection on a property I was about to purchase. He was able to get me into his schedule right away the next day and it was such a life saver that he got my inspection done on such short notice. The home I was in escrow for was a remodel and it looked AMAZING! However, Chris found some very serious issues during his homeinspection which would of costs us thousands to repair. Seller was not willing to come to terms with us on doing the fixtures properly and legally therefore we cancelled escrow. Chris saved me from what would have been a horrible purchase.

Chris was required to come out twice due to uncooperative tenants. When he was finally able to do the inspection, he was thorough and made useful recommendations. He provided a comprehensive report with photographs.
He was professional, considerate, and cooperative. I would definitely hire him again!

Chris is the man!!! He is professional, precise and consistent. I saw he has good rating and I never reached out to him. I'm so lucky to be directed to his expert advice. He squeezed me in his schedule and he did not mind me watching and asking questions throughout the inspection. And he was able to email me his final right there after inspection so we could go through it together. I will always recommend him to all my family and friends.
Chris did the general inspection on the house I bought. He was great; He promptly responded, showed up 5 minutes early to the inspection, did a thorough job, and his report was very professional. I would highly recommend him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I will explain to them exactly what I will be inspecting how long it’ll take and the price. I usually do the outside and the roof first and then I go inside
