Previous to Home Inspections, I was a Union Bridge Carpenter. I have 19+ years working in construction! I started at 18 and worked my way from the ground up, and I mean “Literally ground up” I became a Union Journeyman Carpenter and have built hospitals, YMCA’s, camps, houses, commercial buildings such as hotels and more. I hired Chris to do a home inspection on a property I was about to purchase. He was able to get me into his schedule right away the next day and it was such a life saver that he got my inspection done on such short notice. The home I was in escrow for was a remodel and it looked AMAZING! However, Chris found some very serious issues during his home inspection which would of costs us thousands to repair. Seller was not willing to come to terms with us on doing the fixtures properly and legally therefore we cancelled escrow. Chris saved me from what would have been a horrible purchase.

Chris was required to come out twice due to uncooperative tenants. When he was finally able to do the inspection, he was thorough and made useful recommendations. He provided a comprehensive report with photographs. He was professional, considerate, and cooperative. I would definitely hire him again!
