Introduction: A healthy lifestyle coach and consultant, I am a catalyst to clients, helping them to engage with their own creative life energy and become both more authentic, empowered and yes, to feel healthier and more enlivened. Even seemingly small-course corrections over time can yield big results of living in a more meaningful manner. I work through telephone sessions to identify what needs to be addressed, and together, we set goals and intentions for growth and momentum that leads to greater vitality and enjoyment in life.
