FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I provide estimate, in most of the time it’s not what people want to hear but I never do short estimates, I’m responsible for each penny at estimate. Some other companies do shot estimate but trick is that you can’t go back, if they arrive with 4 hrs estimate for 2bd apartment it is obviously not true: neither company lack of experience, neither they hide facts and when they started, they anyway charge hourly so there are no way out for client and 4 hr estimate could end up 7-8 hrs, but you have to pay. So be careful about what people tell and what it is in real.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We do a lot of training for new team members, moving is not easy job, it’s an art. Imagine you pack luggage, isn’t it hard? We do same but bigger, we pack your belongings, furniture, everything in the truck, it is not an easy job to pack everything and unload everything within a day, just imagine how hard it is to pack after family trip, so many new items been bought... we move families who lived in one place for years, it’s like pack someone’s life and move it in the new place. Hard job, but with us it is simple and stress free.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Moving is responsible business, my team started to provide this service as professionals and we are aimed at providing professional approach, we don’t rush move by risking having damage. Each item is wrapped and carefully stacked in the truck. We are responsible for what we are doing.
