- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically will follow up immediately after their request to finalize details. I want every client to know my services come from a place of care & want them to feel heard so I request a quick phone call or consultation, if they're comfortable. I'd ask them what they're wanting to accomplish, any specific needs or concerns they'd want to express, or any photos/additional information they'd like to provide while we secure the date/time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started doing this for friends & family over the years because I loved providing a clean space for my loved ones to come home to. One day I was redoing my sisters closet & she mentioned I really had an eye for this line of work so she suggested I created a business out of it. Fast forward a few months later, I created Sensible Solutions to provide services for all things home related. It's truly fulfilling to have the opportunity to help make other peoples lives easier, this which is why I've continued this career path.
