About
I offer private and small group sessions, 30 to 60 minutes, as well as health and wellness retreats and nutrition consulting. In the gym, I really focus on my client's weaknesses and look for different ways to improve on them. I create a program for several weeks (typically 8 weeks) to improve those weaknesses, re-evaluate my clients and update the program and goals based on what we have accomplished. Always challenging and supporting my clients thru the process. I enjoy being able to interact with people all day and there's nothing better than helping someone get in a great workout and have them excited for the next time before they even leave. And sometimes, they are still smiling! Their motivation, determination and sheer will inspire me to continue to do what I do and remind me, if you put your mind to it, you can do it.

I’ve been working with Hillary for several months now and it’s been very rewarding. Hillary listened to my goals and has tailored an exercise program that is fun and hard and perfect. I’m seeing results faster than I expected. I have some unique medical challenges and she’s been able to accommodate everything needed. I look forward to our sessions, so that says a lot!!!

I feel really fortunate to have Hillary as a personal trainer. Hillary’s coaching has helped give me certainty in trying new exercises so I’ve been able to add a lot more variety to my workouts. She is great at customizing my workouts to the areas I want to work on, and she makes sure I have the best posture and technique to get the most out of the exercises. I started with the 30-minute sessions and I definitely feel I’ve accomplished a lot more at the end than the workouts I was doing before. She pushes you just enough to get results without causing you misery, and she adds a lot of fun and inspiration to working out.

I have been training with Hillary consistently for 9 weeks now. She has become the best coach, a close friend, and daily inspiration in this amount of time. I have made huge strides in my running and physical abilities in such a short amount of time. To be exact, all my college running times are quickly being blown out of the water in training with her. But on a more important level, Hillary has been there for me emotionally on the days when life gets challenging and one foot in front of the other proves difficult. Hillary really cares about the whole person-not just numbers, results and times-but how you feel through your training with her. I continue to get stronger every day because of her constant encouragement and careful planning for cross training, rest, circuit work, and run days. Every day is different, fun, and challenging. It's easy for me to get bored with a workout-but Hillary always keeps things interesting! She is always rooting for me every single day, constantly checking in and responding to my messages immediately. Truly, if you want someone on your side in your physical endeavors-if you have any goals in sight but are worried you can't make it alone-then you shouldn't waste any time in contacting this beautiful person. She'll help get you where you want to be-starting now! I have no plans on leaving her watchful eye-in fact I have extended my training with her indefinitely. She's my coach, and I wouldn't want it any other way. I've never had anyone believe in me so much. I would think anyone in their right mind would contact her for that kind of support. So get to it!

Hilary is exactly what I was looking for in a trainer. She gets to know what your body needs, adapts, and tailors a workout specific to you. She pushes you through the workout and encourages you to reach your goals. Overall, I would absolutely recommend Hilary to anyone looking to get into better shape.

Hilary is so patient and understanding. She is very approachable and makes you feel very comfortable. Her training is AMAZING!!! I get bored easily with workouts but, not with hers. She listens to what you need and is super flexible with scheduling. I could not recommend her more.
