I met Michael from Sunny Coast when I hired him to help me deal with my delinquent tenant that I found on my own. Since I was trying to manage my San Diego property remotely, he pretty much took care of the entire process of kicking out my nightmare tenant in the quickest legal way possible, then finding me an awesome tenant immediately to take over my townhouse. This same tenant is still there now 7 years later. Sunny Coast also takes care of any maintenance and repairs directly with the tenant, and allows me to not have to worry about this property at all, knowing it's in good hands. Their website and monthly emails also gives me a sense of security knowing that all finances are clearly and accurately tracked. Michael's strong property management background along with him and Farah's excellent and prompt customer service makes them a great team. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable property manager.

I was unsure about hiring a property management company. I always planned on renting one of my houses out by myself...which I did for a little over a year until I started having issues with my tenants, that's when I found PMI San Diego. They make sure I get paid on time and that my property is being taken care of. It's nice having one less thing to worry about.

The most appealing attribute is she very good to work with and a good problem solver. I have had a wonderful experience with Maritime cleaning Company. They are always willing to do anything extra for me (laundry or clean out cabinets ect.) and they are always very efficient. I have never had a complaint. They do my personal home and our rental property as well!! I highly Recommend!!

    Stephanie was the property manager for my rental unit in Imperial Beach for 3 years. She is professional, punctual, assisted me by providing comps in the area of what other rentals were going for, and got my place rented out in 3 days. She is extremely responsible, polite, and always called me to update me on anything important going on with my tenants. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent out an income property. She charged a fair rate and had great relationships with local contractors to address issues immediately.

    You never have to wait for a response, clients or tenants. We answer our phone or call back within 30 minutes. We dont close our doors ever either. We work until the job is done and everyone is happy. This is not a 9 to 5 business and we know it. We love being involved in maintaining beautiful homes, watching peoples lives changing, and helping people. We know there is always a tenant who will match a home and we get excited during the hunt for the next family we are going to work with for the next year and hopefully longer. Most of our tenants extend their leases because the first year goes by so fast when the home is maintained and happy.
