I've worked with Aftertaste as my Musical Director for multiple live shows, and he is simply the best in the business. His flexibility and ability to really listen — translating exactly what I mean into musical language — makes the whole creative process so much easier. He makes adjustments on the fly effortlessly and always knows how to pull together amazing musicians for the band.
What stands out most is his composure during live shows. He reads my cues in the moment, even when we haven't rehearsed them, and comes prepared for every situation. No matter what comes up, we've never had to stumble. Between the two of us, we always find the audible and keep the show moving. I never worry when he's MDing because I know he's got it handled.
Highly recommend for anyone looking for a Musical Director who's skilled, dependable, and easy to work with.

Stephen played some music for our private event and it was wonderful! We would hire him again in a hearbeat! The music was so good it sounded like it was off of spotify!
