Rick was on time the day of the inspection. The 2600 square foot home he inspected took 4 hours and he was very professional also taking the time to answer all questions in the words so we could understand. Then about 24 hours later our completed report was in our email. with the detailed photos the report was fantastic. I would recommend Davis and Sons Home Inspectors to all who need an inspector.

This guy Rick Davis went to inspect a property we were going to purchase sunday... promised us the report by tuesday. Tuesday no report... agent tried to contact him tues and he said report will be ready wednesday... wednesday came no report. Thursday afternoon my check was cashed but no report. It will be a week tomorrow no response from our calls or text or didn't even bother to call us. Horrible horrible.. im looking into small claims court... if u want a fast reliable inspector DO NOT USE HIM... he run with our money...

During the inspection process pertaining to this customer my father past away unexpectedly he was also my business partner and founder of the company I apologized for the report being late by 48 hours. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 30 years working in the building trades working in construction has provided a priceless education pertaining to inspections giving myself the ability to spot things out of place. As a member of NACHI we continue with our education yearly.
What types of customers have you worked with?
From first time buyers to the veteran property owner. Some with a great deal of knowledge of owning and the up keep needed in property ownership to the novice with little to none.
