The team is super technical, work is high quality, appreciate the thoroughness, attention to detail and overall care in everything they do. I had a crazy plumbing backflow issue that flooded our first floor at midnight and Josue was lightning quick to respond and get his people out to the house and working by 8AM. Josue had a deep knowledge of land/ground behavior and different types of solutions from interim to more long term for plumbing. Everything is done per code, no shortcuts. No concern that there will be any residual or repeat problems once all said and done. **Review: 4/5 Stars** I hired Luis from LG Plumbing to clear three clogged drains in my home. Although he arrived later than the scheduled appointmenr, he communicated the delay and showed up exactly when he said he would, which I appreciated. The work was done quickly and efficiently, and he resolved the problem with minimal fuss. The only downside was that the cost was a bit higher than the average prices quoted on Thumbtack. However, the plumber’s professionalism and quality of work made up for it. After the job was completed, a minor leak appeared. I contacted him, and he promptly returned to fix it at no extra charge. Overall, a positive experience with good communication and reliable service.
