When it comes to making fresh food with quality ingredients, Everton Henry is your guy. You can tell not only by the taste, but also by the plating that this is someone who has taken time to master his craft. I'm not a big fan of steak, yet after one bite with the balsamic I could not get enough. The mashed sweet potatoes just melt in your mouth and the asparagus was cooked to the perfect soft crispiness. You'd think in the second photo that the dish contained regular mashed potatoes. In actuality, that is mashed cauliflower which both shocked and impressed me. Combined with the green beans and the flavorful tender chicken covered in creamy beurre blanc.. a taste unmatched. Overall, he has made me more open to expanding my palate.
