Julian J. says, "Alex, the owner, is a honest man with prompt communication, and a natural problem solver. He takes pride in his work which I appreciate. He came to troubleshoot my furnace that went down, replaced the gas valve which was broken, but then more issues came up which he spent the time to continue to troubleshoot. Even though in the end, he couldn't fully address the issue without me replacing more parts, he tried his best to give me a temporary solution which he really didn't need to. He could have just said "you need to replace these parts" and left, but he didn't. I think he really just tried to help a customer, and solve a problem. I will recommend him to others and am seriously considering his company for a bigger project. Update in March: I decided to go with this company for new HVAC installation. I am more than thrilled with the entire process. Both Alex and Nikita (owners) are extremely professional and friendly. They don't take any shortcuts and take pride in their work which is not so common in my experience. Their pricing is also very competitive and they worked very hard to find the models that I will need. This is perhaps the best contractor experience I have had in many years here in the Bay Area.
