FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our goal is to make high-quality turf affordable and accessible. We offer: Competitive pricing with no hidden fees Military, veteran, and first responder discounts 18-month financing options with quick approval (usually just a few minutes) We’re happy to work with reasonable budgets and can tailor solutions to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we start with a new customer, the first step is to learn about your yard and your goals. We’ll ask questions like: • Is this for your front yard, backyard, or both? • What’s currently there — grass, concrete, dirt, or rock? • Do you have pets or kids who will be using the space? Are there other features we should know about, like fountains, BBQ islands, or pavers? This helps us understand your space and design a solution that works for you. We’ll also ask how soon you’re looking to complete the project and if you’ve had anyone out yet, so we know what information might be new to you. From there, we’ll explain the full turf installation process and schedule a time to come out to your property for a free estimate. Once approved, work typically begins within two weeks. Installation usually takes about one day per 500 square feet, though every project is unique. Our goal is to make the process simple, stress-free, and tailored to your needs.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When choosing a turf provider, it’s important to look beyond price and make sure you’re getting quality and peace of mind. Ask questions like: Are they licensed, bonded, and insured? Can they clearly explain the entire installation process? What warranty do they offer on both the turf and the installation? Can they provide examples of past work—or even point you to jobs you can drive by and see in person? A good provider will welcome these questions and give you clear, confident answers. The right company won’t just install turf—they’ll make sure it looks great and lasts for years.
