Most companies just showed me a bunch of samples and asked which one I liked. Kole took the time and educated me on the differences. He asked me a bunch of questions around why I'm choosing artificial turf and what the space would be used for. He then showed me the options that worked for my application. He didn't try to sell me into something that would have been overkill for my project. I hired him because of this.
I live in an area with a homeowners association. Kole asked what they needed and provided a diagram of the property and the installation process, sample of the turf, and the warranty that came with it. Basically, all I had to do was add my name, address, and sign the form. So stoked he helped with this.
The crew was great. They answered my questions during the installation and were fast and clean. First class install and the results speak for themself. I've had a bunch of compliments from the neighbors and I've passed along theit contact info.
Great job,Kole and the team! You totally hooked it up!

After getting several estimates for work, Watersmart's estimate came in well below everyone else. Kole Chadwick new more about the individual turf products and explained installation better than the other sales reps. Watersmart completed the job in only a day and a half, whereas other companies were estimating five days to complete. Owner Kole Chadwick personally came to inspect the work and was a pleasure to work with. Before installation, dead brown grass was standing in the way of enjoying our backyard. Now I can enjoy the pool and our outdoor eating area with views of beautiful green grass. My two dogs love the grass. They are always out lounging and playing in the grass. I am seriously considering having Watersmart come back to do my front yard and I highly recommend choosing Watersmart for your artificial turf project.

WaterSmart gave me a good advice on what kind of turf fit my requirements and also installed it nicely. Definitely will recommend him to anyone who wants to try synthetic turf.

We had our artificial turf installed a few weeks ago. We are so pleased with how it turned out. Looks great and so easy to maintain. We loved working with WaterSmart Turf. The owner, Kole, was very professional and responsive. He took the time to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable. Having done several projects over the last few years, it was refreshing to work with someone as friendly, yet professional as Kole. The crew that installed our turf was equally professional and polite. Thanks again for such a great job!

I work for the UFC Gym in Oceanside, CA and I was tasked with finding a crew to install our new turf section into a rubber floor that was very old.
I came on this website and had several replies to my request. I got estimates from all of them but WaterSmart Turf Specialsts were by far the MOST PROFESSIONAL crew I spoke with.
We had bought turf and adhesive, and while all the other guys said we had the wrong adhesive or not enough of it (basically trying to get more $ out of us) Kole Chadwick was able to use what we had and complete the job on time and at the best price without any hassle or extra cost.
Thanks Kole, you'll be hearing from us at the UFC Gym again soon!
