- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is transparent and based on the scope of work. We focus on delivering high-quality installation with clean and precise results, not cutting corners. Once we review your project, we provide a clear estimate with no hidden costs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I ask a few key questions to understand the project ,for example, whether cabinets are already purchased and if they are RTA or pre-assembled. Then I offer a quick site visit (10–15 minutes) to evaluate the space and provide the best recommendation. After that, I give a clear estimate and timeline, and once approved, we schedule the installation and complete the work efficiently and cleanly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My experience comes from years of hands-on work in cabinet installation, finish carpentry, and remodeling projects. I’ve worked on a wide range of kitchens, from simple installations to high-end custom projects, which has helped me develop a strong understanding of precision, materials, and proper installation methods.
