Introduction: I'm passionate about designing beautiful cakes that taste delicious. My first wedding cake I made was for my sister. She was unimpressed by the cakes at her tastings, and completely floored by the prices. She knew I could bake an amazing tasting cake, so she asked me if I would make hers. For 180 people! Anything for family, right? So I did, and got rave reviews from the guests and the caterers. They told me it tasted better than any cake they had had since being in the business and it looked so professional! This is what I aim to deliver to everyone, a beautiful cake that not only looks good but taste amazing too!
I enjoy making people happy through my baking and cooking. I love to do both. I find it especially gratifying to design a unique cake that mirrors the essence of that couple. Just like no two couples are the same, I believe no two wedding cakes should be the same. I love getting creative to try and incorporate special flavors (i.e. earl grey or passionfruit!) to make the cake of people's dreams. Ive worked in high-end bakeries and around pastry chefs most of my life so I take a lot of creative inspiration from them also.

We trusted Karla to do my daughter's wedding cakes for 150 attendees, and her cakes exceeded expectations beyond measure. They were light and moist, creative in ingredients and design, and her professionalism was flawless. Her gluten-free cake was undetectable compared to the others' quality and presentation, which was appreciated and respectful. I will trust her to do other events, without doubt.

Karla's cakes were beautiful and thoughtful. She created two flavors of cakes specifically for my husband and I. The first, chocolate with earl grey and lavender, for my love of earl grey tea, and the second, lemon cake with whole raspberries and lemon curd, to embrace our summer wedding. They were distinct and very delicious! Best decision ever!

We are forever grateful to Karla for creating the perfect cake for our anniversary! She is extremely professional, creative and thoughtful. I went to Karla with a few ideas of the type of cake I wanted to surprise my girlfriend with, and she was able to perfectly execute my vision to reality. The attention to detail on the cake was just incredible, and even better it tasted amazing (it was a vanilla sponge, lemon curd buttercream filling, wrapped around with white fondant). We recommend her with 100% confidence. Thank you Karla for all your hard work and talent!

Karla was very responsive and patient working with us as we were trying to plan everything from out of town. She was extremely sweet, took on the challenge of creating a new and unique key lime pie wedding cake and she NAILED IT! The cake looked amazing, tasted incredible and she was such a pleasure to work with.
