- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I can give an estimate based on hourly rates, not to exceed an amount unless otherwise agreed upon (change order). Jobs not completed for extenuating circumstances will still incur a partial payment for work already done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will discuss the work to be done in detail before an estimate is given.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have done repairs and installations all my life, including extensive renovations working with other trades. I am now doing part time work during my free time.
