I charge for the time I work, not for showing up. For larger jobs, I’m open to flat-rate pricing. No surprises, no stress — just clear, honest work. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with listening. When a new customer reaches out, I ask a few simple questions to understand the task — what needs to be done, where, and when. I give a clear estimate, explain the process, and schedule a time that works best for you. On the day of the job, I show up on time, fully prepared, and ready to get to work. I focus on doing things right the first time — no shortcuts, no excuses. I also clean up after myself and make sure you’re 100% satisfied before I leave. But beyond that — I treat every customer as part of the Profix story. Your feedback helps me improve my service, refine my future app, and build a tech-driven company that will someday serve thousands. This isn’t just about fixing things. It’s about creating trust, building a brand, and making life easier — one job at a time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master’s degree in Economics — but when I was building two houses for rental income (doing much of the work myself), I realized something important: this is what I truly love doing. Working with my hands, solving real problems, and seeing the results immediately — it gave me a level of satisfaction no office job ever could. That’s when I knew I wanted to turn this passion into something bigger. Now I’m combining my practical skills, my business background, and my long-term vision to build Profix — a company that delivers outstanding home services while using technology to raise the standard for everyone. This isn’t just work for me — it’s my purpose.
