We specialize in Correcting Posture, Joint correction, and Muscle Balance, while you burn fat and build muscle. I am passionate about what I do. Which has enabled me to get 5 national certifications, become a Fitness Manager, and the ability to train trainers. For example, one of my clients walked in and could barely stand for 5 seconds. After training for 6 months, the client was able to walk 2 miles without any joint pain and also lost 60lbs. Helping someone go from a state of pain to being able to move again without pain with weight loss, makes me love what I do.

In 6 months training only twice a week I went from a size 10 to a size 2. Started at 32% Body fat, DROPPED 13% down to 19%. He helped me increase my confidence, dropped my body fat %, taught me about proper form, and helped me fit into the wedding dress of my dreams. Now I'm looking great, and Happily Married. OC Personal Training offers personal training, corrective exercises, and massage therapy. In the first 6 months of training there, I lost 40 pounds, went from a 36" to a 32" waist, reduced my body fat from 27% to 12%, and dramatically improved my cholesterol numbers. I've seen their other clients get results from weight loss to increased mobility and they seem to do a great job of retaining them which speaks volumes about the quality of their training. If you are looking for a packed gym with meat heads making steroid induced animal noises, look somewhere else. But if you want a holistic approach that focuses on diet, proper form, stretching, and massage, OC Personal Training is for you. Their prices are reasonable and they offer free fitness assessments. I highly recommend them.

Brad has changed My life!!! Before I started at the facility, I had recently had a baby and did not recognize the woman that stared back at me in the mirror. I was 25 lbs over weight and felt so out of shape... Thru training 3 times a week and cardio and diet (which they also helped me with) I have gotten back down to my pre pregnancy weight and look better than I have in 5 years. This took only 4 months and I am now going to look so hot for my August nuptuals. I've lost 5 dress sizes and 14% bodyfat! Thank You Brad!!! I could of never done it with out you and look forward to seeing how great I can continue to get!!!

I burned through 40lbs of fat and dropped 10% body fat. Even though I'm 65 years old I feel and look like I'm 40 again. His knowledge is amazing of the human body and being able to fix my joint issues while getting me into shape is an amazing feat. I will keep training with Brad for the rest of my life, being held accountable, pushing myself, and ensuring I have perfect form each rep. Thanks Brad!
