- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There are no additional fees, the rate I give is a flat rate for the entire job, gas, dump fee, everything is included in the price. I offer a 10% Discount for Veterans, citizens 60 and older, and for those medically disabled. I can work with tight budgets, and split your bill over a month or two. I'm here to help, I'd do this for free if I could, but we all have to make a living right? Pricing is either a flat rate per large item OR a flat rate based on how much you fill a pickup truck if you have a pile of trash. With a picture I am able to give you a very accurate quote, and I am happy to send pictures of my truck and the dimensions available to fill to help you understand the scale of your job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1: We call or text you and find out what kind of items you need removed. Sending us picture(s) via text is extremely helpful. Step 2: We give you a quote, confirm your address, and schedule your junk removal. Step 3: The Junk Removal! Once we arrive we confirm what item(s) we're removing, remove them safely and efficiently, sweep up, collect payment, and get out of your hair.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began working junk removal and delivery work at the age of sixteen, and have fourteen years, my entire adult life and then some, of experience working with established transportation companies before beginning my own LLC.
