- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects the level of coaching, structure, and attention each client receives. Rates vary based on training style (private or semi-private), session frequency, and commitment length. We’re not the cheapest option, and that’s intentional. Our clients invest in efficient, personalized coaching and long-term results rather than one-off workouts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a quick intro session where we learn about your goals, experience level, and schedule. From there, we plug you into the most appropriate group training time based on availability and your comfort level. During your first few sessions, we focus on building confidence and making sure you feel supported. Because groups are capped at six, you’ll get real coaching without feeling lost in a crowd.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team comes from Crown Fitness, a highly rated training studio in Irvine known for science-based coaching and results. Collectively, our coaches hold: • Degrees in Human Biology and other STEM fields • NASM certifications • Weight Loss Specialist certifications • Functional Training Specialist certifications • Experience from Equinox, UCLA, UCI, and top performance facilities You’re guided by knowledgeable professionals who understand movement, biomechanics, and sustainable training — not random class instructors.
