Parker’s experience and passion for his profession is clearly evident from the first workout. His brings a great energy and lazer focus to his workouts. He doesn’t just work you through a program, he provides you with the educational insight into the area being focused on. He’s very receptive to feedback and genuinely wants to help each person achieve their personal goals. It’s been a real pleasure working out with Parker and I highly recommend giving him a try if your looking for top notch training.

Parker is an excellent trainer, he cares deeply about his clients and takes the time to understand injuries and works around them. We have been working out with Parker since Feb. 2025 and plan to comtinue. He has been consistent, yet flexible, and we feel like badasses! 😊

Parker is a great trainer! He is detail-oriented and I appreciate that he is committed to educating his clients, not just training. I understand the ‘how’ and the ‘why’ behind every exercise he has me do, and in choosing those exercises for me, I can see their relationship to my goals. I also really appreciate his commitment to muscle recovery and rehabilitation, as my purpose for training is building strength and improving fitness to get out of back pain. I feel super supported and am doing things that I never thought I would be capable of in a safe learning environment.

Working out with Coach Parker was an experience. I thought I’d be coming into a regular coaching experience but it’s different. He’ll take his time to make sure your form is good so you don’t hurt yourself. He’ll push you beyond your limits and is there 100% of the way to help you out with your nutrition goals, injury, and did I forget to mention is great at recovery! Definitely worth training with coach Parks!

I needed to get in shape / bulk up for my wedding and only had 3 months to do so, but was not the type to be in the gym. Knowing this, Parker was able to create a workout plan that was both beginner friendly but also effective in getting results fast. Training with Parker was a treat - he’s a standup guy who really knows his stuff, and he did a great job making me feel comfortable. The training regiment he had me on was perfectly balanced in helping me gradually gain strength and confidence without risking any injury from progressing too quickly. We also discussed nutrition plans so that I was hitting all the necessary goals both inside and outside the gym to ensure we could meet my deadline. In the end, I got compliments at my wedding that I looked stronger / bigger, so Parker’s methods definitely worked even within a limited time frame. I would highly recommend working with him, as you get not only someone who really knows what he’s doing but someone that makes it enjoyable and comfortable as well.
