Charles and his assistant was extremely accommodating and friendly. They were so positive and helpful. They worked with decency and manners. I've worked with large moving companies and the workers carried a poor attitude so that made the moving process even more stressful. I have tenants living in my home in Los Angeles & I live in Miami. I wanted someone I could feel confident with doing the work 3000 miles away. My tenants have been going without hot water due to ineffectual work by American Home Shield repairs My former TAKAGI tankless was never vented properly nor valves put on for easy maintenance. It was a 15 year old tank Joel described via this app exactly what I needed. I sent him photos so he could see the space. He offered me several options I decided to get a NEW Noritz tankless heater. He was at my leased home within 2 hours ; new heater & all necessary parts in hand! It was a big job but in a few hours; DONE! He returned the next day to make sure all was ok & water temp was holding. He even serviced my HVAC heater at no extra cost! Will I be using JOEL again?! YOU BET I will! Using him for ALL my heating & AC & plumbing needs!

My fence was falling down and posts were very loose in the ground. Mark built a 64 foot long by 6' high wooden fence for me. He showed me a sample of his fence construction, explained it to me, and then he prepared a detailed proposal, and scope of the work. His costs were a bit higher than a standard fence, but his design was much more detailed and provided me with a beautiful and structurally sound fence. He personally came to my house, and built the fence, and used a concrete base for the fence to rest on and secure metal post brackets, ensuring the fence was above the ground, secure, and minimized the fence from soaking up water on the ground, as well as left a nice border for my plants from the neighbor's yard. Additionally he notched the fence posts so the 3 (three) horizontal support brackets were flat inside the posts and secured for added strength. Something that I also noticed was he was very detailed oriented and kept his worksite safe and organized and each day when he left, my property was clean and I could see the progress of the fence and not wonder what he was doing. I am so happy I chose him to build my fence, Mark is very easy to work with, and my fence is beautiful, very strong, and I feel very confident that it will last a long time and not end up like the fence I replaced. When Chris and his father Tom built an 800sq.ft. detatched two story structure on my property in Costa Mesa. From the get go they were timely and well versed in the art of construction. The job came in on time and at the proposed budget. The overall experience was very good and I would use them again if they'd travel to Hawaii to work for me.
George was very professional and did a beautiful job with the installation of tile flooring on a rental property of my families. Not only did he do a great job but it was done in a very timely manner, as well as I think the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend his services and hire him again in the future.
Fausto was a dream. As a business owner, I hold immense respect and gratitude for a commitment to excellence and integrity. Fausto hold both of those things dear, and it is evident in his work. I had him here, a week ahead of my in laws first visit. I had been trying for six months, in vain, to get things resolved by the Property Management Company. Fausto arrived while I was on a conference call. I pointed to the new items which were to replace the old and he got to work. He didn't wait to get into action until I was off the phone, as most people would when being paid by the hour. He got straight to it, worked quickly and with care. He cleaned up as he went. When he encountered an issue neither of us had anticipated, he found a solution using materials ON HAND which saved me money. My in laws have come and gone and I can't WAIT to have Fausto back.
Excellent customer service & professional. Jordan & Tim are a great team, along with the rest of his crew. Jordan gave me an estimate on an RV slab that literally sits on the side of a cliff. He took his time to ensure it was done not only with safety in mind but went the extra mile to stamp, color & border the Slab. So it's not only functional for the RV (a 14k lbs 5th wheel) but it's also a nice area for entertaining when the rv is not parked there. Polite, professional, trustworthy. These guys did a great job. I'll definitely keep them in my contacts for future work on the property. The were also able to salvage some nice stone pieces I had on the previous slab that I'm able to use in the future. I bought a larger RV, so these guys came in and took all the measurements needed to accommodate the bigger rig.

I was really impressed by Chris's services. She is unlike other realtors and goes the extra mile . I would give her 10 stars if I could because she truly deserves it. I was on the hunt for investment properties and she listened intently on my needs and goals and she was able to deliver. You can tell she is service driven and works hard for her clients. She is extremely knowledgable and her analytical skills really helped me in with my decisions. She made the whole process very enjoyable and I knew she had my best interest.
