- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Real estate agents work through a comission of 5-6% that can be negotiated depending the transaction buying, selling , investing or property management. When we are helping a client to buy or sell a home, commercial property or investment property amounts charged differ since each property is a different commission bracket as residential (5-6% divided between buyer and sellers agent, commercial 5-10% commission, and last but not least property management that can vary by percentage or first months rent to put the property on the market, advertising, showings etc. Please send me a request to estimate since depends on what my clients needs are.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to speak to my clients on the phone so I can hear them and what they are looking for, their needs and access how i can best serve them based on the services we offer at International Home Realty.

BA - International Trade concentration in Foreign Trade Property Management by OCAR - Orange County Association of Realtors Real Estate Professional License
