I have a solid oak table w/ inlays and a 2' wide leaf. It was in bad shape and had not been done in years. Robert is very professional, knows his articles. He came and p/u the table transported it to his shop. He quoted me a very fare price. He notified me he was working on the table and when he thought it would be finished. He finished early. He sent pictures that are just wonderful. Robert arrived on time for all the appts. The table looks so impressive. It brought me great joy to see how beautiful it looked. His work is superb. We had scratches, rings and even a child's chemical spill on it. He transformed all of that into the table that it looked like when I purchased it. We are thrilled! We are planning to have him do another table down the road. Thanks for your hard work Robert! Gail Hancock :)

Robert was hired to do some plumbing, painting. He did ok. The problem I had with Robert, he was never on time and for two appointments he stood me up, without calling to let me know. After he finished the job I asked for a receipt for payment. He said he didn't have any receipts, but he would email me one, which he failed to do. Robert also gave me good deals on tile and furniture repair jobs. Robert suggested I may have to rent a machine to cut tile. I never said anything to him but I thought that should be his expense. As a handyman it's his job to provide the labor and necessary tools. On an occassion I had to loan him tools. To me this is not professional. Being late and missing appointments is not professionaL Not returning calls or taking to long to call back is not professional. To roberts credit he broke a water pipe but did come back to repair it. Robert is a nice guy and friendly, but needs to be more professional when dealing with customers. Lastly when robert and I agreed on a price on two jobs, and I called him several times regarding this, he refuses to call me back. Robert and I got along fine, which doesn't explain his behavior.
