I never ever give a bad review but this warrants one. The crew arrived on time (9:00) and I showed them the products I needed them to use and then left them to their job. I left and my husband who stayed called me at 10:45 to tell me they were done and that we would never have them back again. He usually is not that way. I asked why and he said they not only did a bad job but they broke a piece of my new living room dÃ©cor I had just bought not to long ago, That in it's self made me upset. So instead of going to do my errands I came back to see why he was so adamant. WELL I saw the broken piece and could not believe it. But then I started to "inspect" teir job and it looked like they only did a surface job. And not even a good one at that. They did not empty a trash basket in the computer room. There were dust bunnies all around my husbands chairs. I had left a chopping board & a glass container that just needed to be washed in the sink and they just took it out (I assume) and then put it back in after cleaning the sink. On top of my counter was a 2 tier decorative cookie plate that something had been spilt on and a glass fruit bowl that was dusty. Neither of these items had even been touch. The light switches still had finger prints on them and I could go on and on. The one thing I can say about the company it's self is that I did get a call from the owner and he could not be more apologetic. And he offered to replace or reimburse my broken piece. That was good PR. Other than that I think this company needs to work on training their crew on how to clean. If a job is worth doing, it is worth doing right, Clean like if it were your castle.

The cleaners were prompt and very pleasant. I felt extremely comfortable leaving them in my home! When I arrived back a couple of hours later I was greeted with a light lemon smell not a harsh chemical odor and my house looked amazing. I have white cabinets and tile in my kitchen which are a pain to keep clean, after they were done with them they looked like they were just installed!!! Needless to say I can't wait until my next cleaning.

We provide custom estimates for each home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will provide an estimate for our clients. After an estimate is provided we schedule our first visit which is customized to the clients needs. This cleaning can go from very basic to a deep spring cleaning. After the initial visit we set up ongoing service that best fits the needs of the client.
What types of customers have you worked with?
There is a big difference between "old dirt" and "new dirt". The first time we visit your home we always need to clean the old dirt. This "Initial Cleaning" is an in depth, deep clean. After the initial clean we can begin our regular or routine weekly and bi-monthly cleanings.
